All over the world, We all are seeing a miserable time because of Covid-19. We have seen it attacking everyone without keeping any age bars. Kids to age people are affected by this. From rare cases to rare beds all over India, from corona to the second wave, From a cough to shortage of oxygen cylinders, and much more, people have suffered enough.
DC Jalandhar Sh. Ghanshyam Thori, IAS has contributed a huge amount of help in this situation to the people of Jalandhar. His excellent governance supply and availability of necessary medicines and oxygen made the struggle against Covid-19 smooth. He not only approached his office mechanism but also motivated local hospitals and people of Jalandhar to take preventive measures. Now some hospitals are having their in-house oxygen plants with the help of the administration. People of Jalandhar are also kept updated on the Covid-19 situation. He also discusses the management of level one, level two, and level three facilities, as well as beds, beds with piped oxygen, and ICU beds with or without ventilators.
He is also collaborating with a team of doctors of IMA to buy vaccination for private hospitals.
His administration ensured that Jalandhar residents receive the best health care possible within the city and do not need to fly to other cities for treatment. As consultations continue, more private hospitals will be added shortly.
Not only Covid but DC has his attention in other projects, such as getting the Sports college the same position once it had. His efforts are pulling grants for various projects that will help Jalandhar become a real smart city.
